Hospital Tengku Ampuan Rahimah, Klang

I`m currently now in University Malaya's Klang Campus for 3rd year medical students
And it is just beside the hospital
The room not bad laa quite big
And its super windy there
So comfortable laa wan sleep

I seriously underestimated Klang
Sorry ya Klang folks.. hahaha
I thought Klang was only a small place
But then Klang was actually a very big place
And the hospital's total admissions are almost the same with HKL
Klang has also many places to go actually
And the new Bukit Tinggi Jusco is actually quite big
At least bigger than Jusco Ipoh
Parking space also so many lehh..
And so far found at least 3 CC's.. die lor like that if always go

Food wise..Campus food okay lar
At least better 20x than 6th college
So far tried one Bak Kut Teh and Kari Mee
Okok nia la the BKT but then the Kari Mee not bad laa

Btw my phone sot ady after fell down
Cannot read the memory card
Keep asking me to format the memory card
But then when format, formatting failed pulak.. FML laa
And the worst thing is the warranty card is at Ipoh!!
And i'm only going back during Raya.. FML laaaaaa

Hello, i`m back in Ipoh for a week
Its been half way already
And practically every nite at Infinity
Not becos of I wan lar.. but at home can not on9 so what to do
(excuse nia..lol)
This Sunday i`ll be driving back to KL
And everything seems to rosak when I come back
The TV crashed and have to buy a 32" Toshiba LCD
Car has to be repaired, Change CD Player sekali

Oh ya the mati engine problem i had
It was due to the Distributor
And it cost rm230 (Taiwan product)
The original costs rm500+ so expensive weh FML

Game starting soon..
Updates when I get back to KL

There is no such thing as one month holiday

If busy=no go back Ipoh

4th and final year will be the same

This morning took a bus back to Ipoh to drive the car to KL to shift my things back to Ipoh

Complicated? LOL

Sesudah sampai ke Plaza Tol Damansara,

Mati enjin once..

Took me 15 mins to get the car back running

Thank god i stopped about few metres away from the toll and cars managed to squeeze pass me

Including one long lorry which ngam ngam passed through

Then went for Dr.Ng`s convocation treat at TGIF The Curve

After that, while fetching Wen Nian and Yee Weai back

While going up slope, MATI ENJIN lagi~

Stopped the car, tried to restart for 15 mins but to no avail

Called dad to try fix the car because he's more familiar with the car

Called darling to fetch me and my buddies back

Then went up the slope and looked for parking because i tought i`ll park the car there for the night

The guard there asked me, "u mau tolak ka?"

Then i was answering confidently " mau tolak boleh punya.."

As i walked back to the car i was like

" ei like very steep wor..duno can anot leh..LOL"

Then went back to the car..And then a miracle happened

IT STARTED~

Then drove back... FML la weh..

Or should i say FMC..Fuck My Car!~

Recently see some gradual increase in my waistline.. LOL

Have been eating more than usual these days

And this explains the increase in my tummy size

Have not been exercising much lately

Just like 2 times a week

And eating + less exercise = gaining weights

It is true though that how much you eat is how much you gain

For those who are trying to lose weight

Try reducing your food intake by half

I know you might be hungry later but then try eating until you can tahan until the next meal

And strictly 3 meals a day (that means no supper xD)

Try that for A MONTH + EXERCISE

You`ll c the difference..YES..A MONTH

But then if after you lose weight you are not satisfied with yourself..

Just be yourself in the past (as in before you lose weight)

You will return to the same old you in A WEEK

That will be 7 DAYS =)

Btw H1N1 is getting serious in Msia
Lots of university campuses are being closed down
" Home quarantine " kononnya
How the hell are we gonna contain the virus when they are allowed to go home, and end up in public places everywhere.
This is not quarantine..This is spreading the virus!!

eg:
University of X is closed
Students return home to lets say 4 states.
Means if..IF any of those students were actually positive for H1N1
Tadaa.. 1 place spread to 4 states
better? or worse?

Btw i`m already ending week 4 of my pre-clinical postings

Beat UKM 3-0 in the final
Semifinal beat MMU 3-2 where i lost my match
Lost my temper as well but then i lost cos i played badly
As in real bad compared to that morning itself where i played Baljit
My last tournament maybe cos i will rarely be playing already when i shift to Klang

One week of classes had passed, and the weekend was extremely boring with nothing to do
Damn saddening lor wey
Sit in room, facebook oso sien, even i`m bored to sleep..
Something is obviously wrong with me..lol
Although i do have books to read up but takkan wan read at weekends wan mar rite..

5 more weeks of classes and a week's break
and i`ll be off to Klang on the 24th.. i'll be there for a year..
Studying there, using the hospital as well
Getting a little break from life in 6th

And wifi is getting more teruk here.. So damn slow the connection

How i wished now that someone pop-out and say that 'med school is tough.. go there only if you are confident of doing it!'
My friends even knew that this was the last thing i had in mind
And yet i chose this
A MBBS final exam might be just a routine study for people here
But for me? Its like Michael Phelps going to the Olympics
All the preparation..especially mentally ( studying is all mental rite?)
And post-exams was of course mentally super-taxing.. for me at least
Taking a few months break and then guess wad? Another finals is around the corner
In just a blink of an eye
I'm now in 2nd year. And going to 3rd if i pass this

Okay at 1st they say that 2 busses from UM will be comming to UUM and fetch athletes back at 9pm yesterday nite
And at 9.15pm, then only they say that only ONE bus came, and summore the bus next morning oni jalan
WTF?
From UM come until UUM so damn f*cking far oso canot make one phone call informing that only one bus is comming? Even smoke signal will reach lor like that.
How the person in charge do work? He thinks that time is not important? We can jus go back anytime we want because we got nothing else to do besides MASUM?
Cannot inform earlier? So that we could plan our journey? Walao eh

this morning i recieved a call from Ah Beng, saying that they asked me to vacate my room
this was the case
last fri i went to office, saying that i am going to MASUM on monday, so i said:
1. give me my supple room 1st so i can put my things in
2. i keep my room
she said she duno wan give which room 1st, and then she said okay.
so i expect if there is any changes ofcos la tell me before i go UUM ritee.
and now they want me to vacate the room
2day sum office fella said that gal i met was not in charge of the rooms.
-(dont they have any coordination and communication among staffs?)-
buat kerja laju sikit boleh?
and does 6th college is out of rooms?
Okay..then she said
"u suruh u punya kawan tolong u pindah lar"
i wanted to ask her back..

* the thing i dun like about ppl like this is they are kinda cheating. 1st they will ask u to donate to buy pampers. rm38, rm 76, rm 98. And then when you reject, then only they give you the option to donate rm10. And then when u reject AGAIN, then only they say rm5 will do. And the when you reject AGAINNNNN, then only they say any amount will do. I`m supposed donation is how much u wanna give and not giving ppl options like that. And if i were to donate i`ll go donate straight to the house and not through these ppl.. Who knows where the money will go.

I truly apologize for the long MIA period here, and especially in msn and facebook where I never seem to offline before this period. Some of you might think that I was raped and murdered somewhere or maybe committed suicide as I was never been on an online hiatus for MORE THAN A WEEK!!
And I wasn’t even connected to the internet for MORE THAN A WEEK!!
It’s like I’m super dependent on heroin and I managed to tolerate the withdrawal symptoms even without methadone. Yea I’m mad. For those who don`t know what is methadone, Go check it out on NST 30th April.
Dun worry because I’m not mad yet to remember what came out in the papers few days back but actually its today`s paper and I’m typing this earlier so that I do not need to write this a day before exam where I get to post this when I am connected to the internet.
I actually went back to Ipoh for the study week and spent most of the time in the library. Surprising huh. Hahahahahaha I was surprised too actually I managed to get my lazy butt to the library even at 9am where I normally will be still on my cursed wonderful relaxing bed. ( yea my bed is cursed. Anyone lying on it will fall asleep.. IT’S PROVEN!!). It’s a miracle actually. I`ve not done this my entire life. I even refrained myself from going to Infinity..WOW.
And to date (30th April) I have finished all except parasitology which will be for tomorrow but past year only lar. Don’t come out past year then can die already. But doing is a thing. And remembering is another thing and I don`t seem to remember a lot. GG lar like that. It’s like the normal body metabolism when what u consume will be metabolized and excreted by the GI and kidneys. And they are not functioning well because I store a lot of parasites. Microbes and drugs inside my body. Even storing pyelonephritis, GN, Worms, Clear Cell CA, Salmonella, Opiates, Diuretics….sorry lar.. brain no space already. Have to keep it elsewhere. Even my red bean pudding looks like liver to me. Thank god it doesn’t have sweet corn on it or else I’ll start thinking that those corns are nodules found in cirrhotic liver. I`m already suffering from raised intracranial pressure due to too much things inside. I hope its due to the increased number of synapse because tertiary long term memory..wahaha.. I`m don`t know if this might work but I’m a little worried actually T^T

It was a week where i wasted most of the time sleeping =(
bought a new bolster which increased my craving to be on my bed
there seem to be some forces pulling me down and saying 'thank you' to my roomate just before lecture ( to sign for me)...lol

And i just only finished GIT Patho only..i have liver, blood, etc etc and also other subjects...
But i`m scared to rely only on my PYQ's and answers...
help me...

Going back tomorrow...after lecture ( if i go) and meeting my AA Dr Tan Tian Chye who called me this morning to meet him but i said i was abit "busy" (i was on my bed actually)..LOL

How am i gonna go through this i duno lor...One part of me is asking me to continue this damn thing and the other part of me is just making me reluctant to study..damn

MPIS + Malam Anugerah Sukan & Rekreasi UM

Went for 2 consecutive dinners. 1st was on Tuesday.Malam Penganugerahan Ibnu Sina @ Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa. Made by our very own 6th college. The theme of the night was converging colours. But most of us only wore black and white there. LOL. No mood to spend for MPIS.
Got Anugerah Bintang Harapan for the 2nd time. Very unexpected. Tot they would give it to 1st years only. And the trophy broke that nite itself. Low quality perhaps..

Next was on Wednesday..Malam Anugerah Sukan & Rekreasi UM @ PJ Hilton. It was for UM athletes. Those who went for the ASEAN Uni Games were given a cert and trophy, but sadly those MASUM medal winners didn`t get anything. Besides that, numerous awards were given...including Olahragawan and Olahragawati and oso the UM Blues i tink... congratz to Suo Kuen... she sapu almost everything that nite..Olahragawati, UM Blues, and also including lucky draw..LOL
And my trophy broke 2day..HAHAHAHAHAHA
Guess its not low quality..its sui..

Btw both the dinners were Chinese food, The Sunway one was not bad (the fish sux but got shark fin) and the Hilton one was kurang sikit la (the prawn and black pepper beef was nice)..Both got their nice dishes

OMG i`m not studying. I just can`t drag myself to study. grrrrrrrrrr
I know i should be studying. But i am just reluctant to hold my notes. I cant even concentrate for 30mins. Mixed feelings OMGGGGG.
Not wanting to study while knowing that i must study.

Pangkor+Teluk Batik+ Gua Tempurung with coursemates xD

The journey started on friday. Met up at Sitiawan with all of them. And then went to Teluk Batik cause we stayed there. Teluk Batik Resort. Nice place although the bathroom is about the same size with the toilet. LOL
After that went to pangkor for a boat trip on the day itself. The trip was abit rush though. Because the last ferry leaves Pangkor at 8pm. So hafta cut short our boat trip. But then we managed to play finish all the things ler. Went snorkeling. Snorkeling was so so so so fun. 1st time swimming with fishes. But then hor, i became salty as i drank too much water. Sorry ler i`m a noob in snorkeling. LOL. And we didnt play jet ski. If not sure take a pic of Lim Chui on the jet ski and compare with Ah Beng`s pic..HAHAHAHAHA
After the boat trip we went to swim and play awhile, and then bath and went back to Teluk Batik. At 1st we were supoosed to eat at Pangkor but didn`t manage to. So we went back to Teluk Batik and went to eat at Sitiawan i tink. I forgot where the restaurant is.
And then went back to the room and sarted games. Severe sleeping tak cukup-ness. Slept at 5 and crawled up at 7am. The day before oso almost the same.
The next day we went to Gua Tempurung. We took the 3rd Package and it was FUN. Rm11 (we got rm10 cos alot ppl) for the trip. The renjer took ur the other way round. Normally ppl will walk the stairs part and then oni into the water. But we went to the water part 1st. At times we hafta to duck walk (my leg lembik already) and even CRAWL. We even have to slide down a 45degrees slope on the rock. The journey lasted about 2 hrs and 30 mins.
There is a 4th package though where it is a full package. Its 3 hrs and 30 mins and cover 3.8km (2.4km for the 3rd) and cost rm22 [i shall want this the next time xDDD]
Came back and i was SOOOOOO tired. I even almost slept while driving until hafta do stupid stuffs in the car to get myself awake.
When i reached home, i slept for 15mins and then got to go dinner already. After dinner completely K.O. ...LOL

ASEAN University Games 2008

sorry for the long long wait... lappie rosak...

So i went for the ASEAN University Games where Malaysia swept all 7 gold medals in badminton. And i got a gold medal too in the team event although i lost.

For the history, each time i won in a team match final, i will only get silver while if i lost, i get gold.. LOL

Day1 checked into IOI Mariott hotel, duno how many star ler. nice place. The bed very nice but pillows not so nice ler.. the room is big. And the toilet is nice. So for the 1st day, since the BAM players are not here yet, i`m sleeping alone in the room, and so is Baljit. And it was sooooo syok...
Makan there is as wonderful as heaven.... But since we stayed there for 2 weeks, by day 5 we started to be bored cos its basically the same thing

Day2 the secretariat called Baljit and ask him to shift to my room and i was like WTFFFFF
Habisle privacy aku...

Got no laptop to used..damn friggin bored.. brought CL`s IPOD touch there, but intermet must pay and its rm10 for an hour, rm15 for two, rm50 for a day... and the bad thing is the credit cannot be brought foward to the next day.. i guess 6th college is better than Marriott after all (ONLY FOR THE WIFI YEA =p)

day 5, BAM playes came, AND I GAINED 2 FRIGGIN KG... walao... this is wad we call the Marriott effect, where ppl stay at marriott and got fat.

Games started at 14th until the 19th, played in one match only in the team event. Lost to Andreas duno wad 21-8 21-9. but still win gold ler. Individual didnt play.

The best thing is when being escorted to the games venue by the police. Cause traffic chaos in cheras oni.. dahle there jam. But.. sorry la.. ahahahaha

Met puiyan there. LO for thailand. she shud be grateful that she didnt becum Msia`s LO or not sure kena bully.. wakakakaka

Okays i got my ass back here on fri.. decided to come back a day earlier to party another day, yea i noe i should say back at ipoh for a little more longer but my sem break is only 4 days!!yes 4!! EMPAT.. and not bulan.. its HARI!!! And ipoh is so bored... every nite INFINITY lagi.. again and again

Partied throughout the weekend, enjoyed myself i guess, besides something that happened that kinda pissed me off, but nvm la..

Thursday i`ll be goin to UPM for training camp. I know i`m just wasting my time goin for 2 weeks training and 2 weeks games, but..it`s complicated. I must go no matter wad. This might be my last year joining these kinda things and who wanna miss the opportunity ritee? Especially when this means alot to me.

I`ll miss tons of lecture.. will be taking notes during weekends provided i am allowed to run here n there. How i wish i had a car. Can go back take things anytime. No need ppl fetch la. No nid ppl send la..This la that la..hmph

It came as a complete shocker. When my friend broke the news to me yesterday evening, i was stunned for a few seconds, wondering what happened. I was like OMFG. One of my best friends career had been dealt a major blow. He did not see it comming, neither did i. He was very down. I couldn't done much though. Thank god he will be given another chance. Hope he take it well

I could have easily followed his footsteps if not for my dad. I should be grateful that i was not in my best friends position. I know its not easy getting here. But somehow i managed to get here. However i just couldn't let it go sometimes. It was in my blood. It kept bothering me during matriculation. However now it is slowly fading away.

During SPM i was motivated by someone, during matriculation i was motivated by something. Something that i wanted very much since long ago. Could i be lying to myself that time? I duno, but it did work somehow. Now it's a different story. I'm all by myself. Im tired of all this. But i`ll keep going until the door is completely shut.

Okay for the day i was an UM Alumni, means i have already graduated from uni! Whee~

Was playing friendly match for UM ALumni vs NUS Society (NUS`s alumni) this morning..
played mixed doubles and doubles... mixed was okay, got tania cover me:P

Then come the double..played 15 points old format... OMGGGG the points tak tahu naik wan...zzzz... its like sooo long and summore played rubber set and won 17-14 in the final game... fight until... dahla not enuf sleep and no training... plus flu n cough

After that went to The Curve for lunch, Thai Express. Nice kueyteow i ate there.. eat eat eat, and guess wad... suddenly theres a tight pull in my leg.. CRAMP!! waa.. i was like.. shit... n went to the toilet ASAP... put some water on my leg to cool it down then stretch abit.. so scared i would suffer from more teruk punya cramp.. later shout like mad guy in the curve there..mensiasuikan oni...luckily it didn`t happen

i waz waiting for a phone call last nite when i have ntg to do, and checked my phone outstanding balance.. and guess wad.. i was suprisingly so damn shocked that the amount reached rm193 smtg.. cos i expected my credit limit to be rm150+ lost sim rm25 so its maximumly rm175 but how come?

okay heres da story.. that morning when i hoped that asshole who stole my phone would call me back, he didnt.. guess wad.. he called to INDONESIA.. IDD rm 70.. walao... that burned a hole in my ass

And next.. maxis charged me rm50 for the lost sim, and rm10 for line reactivation.. WTF.. i tot it should be only rm25 or somewhere there la... so buta buta kena rm130...

this was the cupboard i was SHARING with CL.. im using another 1/6 of the cupboard of Andy`s cupboard.Mine`s on the right.I`t means 3 person sharing 2 cupboards like this.

TADA..our new cupboard... this is not one cupboard..ITS 2!!!(2 of this shit is not even the size of the old cupboard) and it means Andy`s cupboard has shrunken to HALF!! and my shirts are all over the place...
notice the pile of stuffs in front of the cupboard..they are all shirts xDDDDD...the cupboard is full, and i brought back a bag of my gai gai shirts...hmm xDDDDD

Okay exam was postponed..why?

The dean office said that due to overbooking, the Faculty of Medicine exam hall could not be used. So, they booked the UM exam hall to be used for the exam

Unfortunately...we were supposed to be informed of this of cos rite? but we didn`t know. No notice was given.. so the lecturers waited at UM exam hall, and we waited at the faculty exam hall. And so....that was wad hapen

Who to blame? Dean`s office? Raya all go back liao no1 do work??
